Walking has many health benefits. Most people want to walk more. Are you one of them? Do you have aches and pains that prevent you from walking? Do you feel stiff, achy or strained when walking? – Alexander Technique is a body-mind-method to teach you how to walk well. You develop more body awareness, release excess tension and change habitual posture and movement. AT helps you find ease and balance in walking and put a spring in your step!
