Many people experience tightness and shallow breathing, or frequently hold their breath, especially during stress or concentration. Explore how the way you use your body affects your respiration. Through gentle guidance and increased body awareness, you will learn to change habits that restrict your breath and discover a more open, balanced way to breathe.
